José Antonio Lasanta, Chief Executive Officer at Prosegur

He joined Prosegur in 2004, where he held different offices within the Prosegur Group such as Chief Strategy Officer, Corporate Development Director, Managing Director for Asia, Managing Director for Technology Business and Global Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining Prosegur, he worked for the consulting firm McKinsey and for the investment bank N M Rothschild.

He received an undergraduate degree in European Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE (Spain)

Sacha Alexander Zackariya, CEO

Sacha Zackariya co-founded ChangeGroup in 1991 and was appointed CEO in July 2008. Prior to ChangeGroup he won a scholarship from Motorola and joined Invensys plc, working for Boeing and Airbus. Sacha has received a flying scholarship from the Royal Air Force, is a Chartered Industrial Engineer and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.

Sacha also co-founded the Tree Foundation charity in 1996, which has helped thousands of exceptional young people complete secondary and tertiary education in Asia. It provides micro business grants and loans to budding entrepreneurs and disaster relief in exceptional circumstances.

Sacha serves on the Board of YPO Greater London, which helps create better leaders through learning and knowledge-sharing among leading CEOs. Sacha gives talks and consults on areas of leadership and corporate social responsibility (CSR). He is a published author with Kogan Page, writing on travel & tourism retail.

Javier Lòpez-Huerta, M&A Director

Javier joined Prosegur in 2012 and has performed several corporate roles until he was appointed M&A Director in 2019, leading the investment and inorganic efforts of the Prosegur group and participating in several boards of related companies since then. 

Prior to joining Prosegur he worked in the renewable energy industry as an M&A expert at Gamesa in Spain as well as other junior consulting roles at Arthur Andersen and EY. 

He holds an MS Electrical Engineering degree from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICAI) and an MBA from IESE Business School.

Paul Crombie, Managing Director - FX

Paul has over 26 years’ experience in Retail across Europe, Australia and the USA and over 15 years’ experience in retail Foreign Exchange. Paul started with ChangeGroup running the Melbourne Operations and has moved through many departments in the Group. Paul was promoted to Divisional Director Western Europe in 2008 and was promoted to Director of Europe in 2017.

He was promoted to Divisional Director of Western Europe in 2008, became Director of Europe in 2017 and was promoted to Managing Director FX in 2022. He has been involved in a number of Merger & Acquisitions within the Group and led the project and negotiations in the winning of key airport, department store and train station tenders. Paul also has a Bachelor of Business Management with a specialised major in Human Resources.

Ignacio Cea Fornies, Global Head, Cash to Consumer, Prosegur Cash

Since 2021 Ignacio has been accountable for the revenue and profit of new products and services at Prosegur Cash (Spanish, listed, multinational company).

Ignacio has 21 years of experience leading Global Divisions of Technology (COO, CIO, CISO and Innovation) at International banking groups.

From those positions he has led wide ranging projects of industrialization, and efficiency of the operations and drove the integration of 12 acquisitions.

Pat Greene, Group CFO

Pat was appointed Group Finance Director in October 2021 and promoted to Group CFO in 2022. He joined ChangeGroup from Qubic Group plc, where he was instrumental in the sale of the business. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, in Ireland, Pat spend time in PWC auditing bank and insurance companies in the Cayman islands. Moving to London, he spent close to 10 years with Aon, throughout this London market acquisition programme, which made Aon one of the world's leading broking groups. He then joined Keller group, upgrading its reporting systems and working capital management, along with involvement in its acquisition led expansion.

As Financial Director at International Risk Solutions Ltd he set up managing agencies in both New York and Florida while also being Compliance Officer for the LIyod's broker.  Pat complements the experience of the management team with his acquisitions experience, systems knowledge and commitment to sound financial control.

Thomas Kellagher, Board Director - Sweden

Thomas Kellagher, LLM at Lund University, is a Swedish and UK citizen with more than 25 years’ experience within the financial industry. Thomas has worked in Sweden and internationally where he specialised in regulatory matters. In his earlier career, Thomas held the position of Head of Legal at SEB Kort Bank AB, one of SEBs major subsidiaries, and more recently the position of Head of Compliance at a savings bank in Sweden.

Today, Thomas works as a director and an advisor to financial companies on regulatory matters. 

Chris Mason, Company Secretary

Chris Mason is the Group’s Company Secretary and is a Chartered Accountant with a practice in Central London. He previously worked for Coopers & Lybrand, now PWC. Appointed to the Group in 2002, Chris works with the Directors, advising them on taxation and related matters.

Norbert Lill, MD Austria & Germany

Norbert studied business administration and finance at Business University, Vienna, Austria. He worked for 40 years with leading commercial banks in Vienna in the fields of international lending and business financing, travelling across Europe and the Middle East. He was responsible for key relationship management and held diverse range of Senior Management positions.

He joined ChangeGroup in 2004 and handles a wide range of operational, banking and legal matters.
